Team:

Optional teams consists of four (4) gymnasts with the top three (3) event scores counting.

Compulsory teams consists of five (5) gymnasts with the top four (4) event scores counting.

Fees must be paid in full for a team to be permitted on the competition floor.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Registration is guaranteed only when fee payments accompany completed registration forms. All registration is considered comloete when the following information is provided in its entirety:

- Name, USAG #, date of birth of all athletes.

- All coaches information; including name, USAG #, and safety certification expiration date.

- Complete fee payments.

Incomplete entry forms will not be accepted and registration will not be guaranteed until information is complete.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

- The deadline for registration is November 1, 2009 (or when meet is full).

- Refunds will be honored until November 1, 2009.

- November 1 - 14, 2009 - refunds will be honored for MEDICAL REASONS ONLY (Doctor note)

- NO REFUNDS after November 14, 2009

Level changes are due by November 1, 2008
