GIRLS SCHEDULE | BOYS SCHEDULE

There are two (2) gyms set up within the building

"Boys Gym" and "Girls Gym" .  These "gyms" define the different competition areas within the ARC facility.

There are 3 sessions per gym Saturday with the following schedule:

Open Stretch/Warm-up: 
- 8:00 am, Noon, 4:00 pm

Timed Warm-up:             
- 8:30 am, 12:30 pm, 4:30 pm

Competition follows the Opening Ceremonies.

The sessions on Sunday will have the following schedule:

Open Stretch/Warm-up: 
- 9:00 am, 2:00 pm

Timed Warm-up:             
- 9:30 am, 2:30 pm

Competition follows the Opening Ceremony.

Teams are designated in advance by the coaches, with the following guidelines:  

Compulsories : 5- Gymnast Team, Top 4 scores count.
Optionals : 4- Gymnast Team, Top 3 scores count.
